GROUNDWATER (BORDER AGREEMENT) ACT 1985 - SECT 4

In this Act—

S. 4(a) substituted by No. 79/2005 s. 3.

        (a)     "Agreement" means the Border Groundwaters Agreement, a copy of which is set out in Schedule 1, as that Agreement is amended by the Amending Agreement; and

S. 4(ab) inserted by No. 79/2005 s. 3.

        (ab)     "Amending Agreement" means the Border Groundwaters Agreement Amendment Agreement, a copy of which is set out in Schedule 2; and

        (b)     words and expressions defined in the Agreement have the same meaning as in the Agreement.
