GUARDIANSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 2019 - SECT 121

    (1)     An administrator must keep the administrator's property separate from the missing person's property.

    (2)     Subsection (1) does not apply to property owned jointly by the administrator and the missing person.

    (3)     Subsection (1) does not affect any other obligation imposed by law.
