GUARDIANSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 2019 - SECT 124

Administrator to notify VCAT about status of missing person

An administrator must notify VCAT in writing as soon as practicable after the administrator becomes aware that—

        (a)     the missing person is alive (either in Victoria or elsewhere); or

        (b)     the missing person has died.
