GUARDIANSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 2019 - SECT 56

Subject to, and in accordance with, this Act and the administration order, the administrator must—

        (a)     take possession and care of, recover, collect, preserve and administer, the property and estate of the represented person; and

        (b)     generally manage the property and financial affairs of the represented person.
