Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If VCAT knows that a person has ceased to be a represented person or has died, VCAT must give notice of that fact to the administrator as soon as practicable.
(2) An administrator may exercise all or any of the powers given to the administrator by the administration order until the administrator knows that the represented person has ceased to be a represented person or has died.
