Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf the Minister administering the Essential Services Commission Act 2001 , after considering a recommendation of the Commission, determines that a facility has ceased to be a significant infrastructure facility—
(a) subject to paragraph (b), an existing determination made by the Commission (including a price determination under section 33 of the Essential Services Commission Act 2001 ) in respect of prescribed services to which the facility relates, is revoked from the date specified by that Minister; and
(b) an existing price determination made by the Commission, in respect of prescribed services to which the facility does not relate, continues to operate.
