GAS INDUSTRY ACT 2001 - SECT 229D

If a court orders a person to pay an amount under an order made under section 229B(2)—

        (a)     the amount is a debt due to the State; and

        (b)     the Commission may, on behalf of the State, recover the amount in any court of competent jurisdiction .
