GEELONG PERFORMING ARTS CENTRE TRUST ACT 1980 - SECT 10

Trust first constituted

    (1)     The first meeting of the Trust shall be held at a time and place fixed by the Chairman.

    (2)     The Trust shall be deemed to have been duly constituted on the day on which this Act comes into operation.
