GAMBLING REGULATION ACT 2003 - SECT 10.6.5

"relevant person" means—

        (a)     a venue operator;

        (ca)     a wagering and betting licensee;

        (cb)     a registered bookmaker;

        (d)     a public lottery licensee or temporary public lottery licensee;

        (da)     a keno licensee;

        (e)     a holder of a commercial raffle organiser's licence;

        (f)     a bingo centre operator;

        (g)     a casino operator.
