Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Minister may suspend or revoke an approval under section 2.2.6 by giving the holder of the approval a written notice stating the reason for the suspension or revocation.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Minister may suspend or revoke an approval if the holder of the approval has contravened this Act, the regulations or a condition of the approval.
