Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Division 2 of Part 6 and the provisions of this Chapter relating to gaming machine entitlements apply to tabaret premises as if they were premises in respect of which a pub licence were in force.
(2) The remainder of this Chapter applies to tabaret premises as if they were premises in respect of which a club licence were in force.
