Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsOn and after a gaming machine entitlement declared day that applies to a gaming machine entitlement under which gaming is conducted in an approved venue that is a tabaret premises, this Chapter applies to the tabaret premises as if they were an approved venue in respect of which a pub licence were in force.
