Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) An applicant may amend an application made under section 3.3.4 for the approval of premises as suitable for gaming before the Commission determines the application under section 3.3.8. The applicant may do so by submitting the application, with the amendments, to the Commission.
(2) The applicant must also give a copy of the application, as amended, to the relevant responsible authority on the same day the applicant submits the amended application to the Commission.
