GAMBLING REGULATION ACT 2003 - SECT 3.4.46A

Monitoring licence not personal property

For the purposes of section 8(1)(k) of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 of the Commonwealth, a monitoring licence is declared not to be personal property.
