Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A person to whom a gaming machine entitlement is allocated under section 3.4A.5 must pay the amount or amounts determined by the Minister under that section in respect of the entitlement to the Commission, to be paid into the Consolidated Fund.

(2) An amount under subsection (1) must be paid in accordance with the standard entitlement-related conditions that apply to the person and the terms of an agreement referred to in section 3.4A.6 or 3.4A.6A.
