GAMBLING REGULATION ACT 2003 - SECT 3.4A.11G

    (1)     A venue operator who is a party to an assignment agreement may, in accordance with the gaming machine entitlement assignment rules, apply to the Commission for registration of the agreement.

    (2)     An application must be—

        (a)     in the form approved by the Commission; and

        (b)     accompanied by the prescribed fee.
