Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Commission must by the date an amendment to a geographic area condition or venue condition takes effect make the necessary amendment to the entry in the Register in respect of that geographic area condition or venue condition.
(2) A function of the Commission under this section may be performed by any commissioner.
