GAMBLING REGULATION ACT 2003 - SECT 3.4A.17A

Related agreements must be entered into before gaming machine entitlement may be transferred

Despite anything to the contrary in this Division, a venue operator cannot transfer a gaming machine entitlement to another venue operator (the transferee ) unless the transferee has entered into an entitlement-related agreement that deals with matters related to the gaming machine entitlement.
