Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The holder of a gaming operator's licence must pay to the Treasurer for payment into the Consolidated Fund a supervision charge in such instalments in respect of such periods in each financial year as the Treasurer determines from time to time.
(2) The supervision charge is such amount in respect of each financial year as the Treasurer, after consultation with the Minister, determines having regard to the reasonable costs and expenses in respect of the financial year incurred by the Commission in carrying out its functions and powers under this Act in respect of gaming.
(3) The supervision charge is a tax.
