GAMBLING REGULATION ACT 2003 - SECT 4.3.1

The wagering licence authorises the licensee and the wagering operator to conduct, subject to this Act and the regulations, the Racing Act 1958 and any conditions to which the licence is subject—

        (a)     wagering; and

        (b)     approved betting competitions.
