Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsA wagering and betting licensee must not enable persons to offer or accept bets by way of a betting exchange on a horse race, harness race, greyhound race or other competition or event unless—
(a) the licensee has the written consent of the controlling body of that horse race, harness race, greyhound race, competition or event to do so; and
(b) the licensee has given a copy of that consent to the Commission.
