GAMBLING REGULATION ACT 2003 - SECT 4.3A.34L

Verification of registered player's identity

A wagering and betting licensee must ensure that a registered player's identity is verified in accordance with the conditions of the licensee's wagering and betting licence.

Penalty:     600 penalty units.
