GAMBLING REGULATION ACT 2003 - SECT 4.5.11C

The Commission must cause notice to be published in the Government Gazette of—

        (a)     an approval under this Division; and

        (b)     the imposition of a condition on an approval; and

        (c)     the variation or revocation of an approval.
