Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Commission, by written notice, may require an applicant for a determination under section 4.5.26 or variation or revocation of a determination under section 4.5.27 to pay to the Commission the amount determined by the Commission, being an amount not exceeding the reasonable costs of investigating the application.
(2) The Commission may require the amount to be paid by instalments or at any time before, during or after the investigation, whether or not the Commission makes the determination, variation or revocation sought.
(3) An amount payable under this section may be recovered in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt to the Crown.
