Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts (1) The Commission may give a written direction
to
a sports controlling body to provide to the Commission, within the time of not
less than 14 days specified in the direction, any information about the
implementation by the sports controlling body of mechanisms designed to ensure
the integrity of the relevant sports betting event.
(2) A sports controlling body must comply with a
direction under subsection (1).
