(2) The supervision charge is such amount in respect of each financial year as the Treasurer, after consultation with the Minister determines having regard to the reasonable costs and expenses in respect of the financial year incurred by the Commission in carrying out its functions and powers in respect of gaming, wagering and approved betting competitions.
(3) The supervision charge is a tax.
