Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A public lottery licence may authorise the licensee to engage a person on contract, or to appoint an agent, to assist in the conduct of a public lottery authorised by the licence.
(2) For the avoidance of doubt, the engagement of a person or the appointment of an agent by a licensee does not affect any function or obligation of the licensee under a gaming Act or gaming regulations.
