GAMBLING REGULATION ACT 2003 - SECT 5.3.18

Objection by other licensees

    (1)     A public lottery licensee who receives notice under section 5.3.17 may lodge a written objection with the Minister.

    (2)     The objection must be lodged within 28 days after receiving the notice.
