GAMBLING REGULATION ACT 2003 - SECT 6A.3.35

In this Division—

"applicant" means applicant for a keno licence;

"application" means application for a keno licence;

"interested person" means—

        (a)     an applicant; or

        (c)     an associate of an applicant;

        (d)     a person who the Secretary considers may become an associate of an applicant.
