Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If the proceeds, or part of the proceeds, of a raffle conducted by or on behalf of a community or charitable organisation are to be paid to or for the purposes of a political party, that information must be disclosed, in accordance with the regulations, to purchasers of tickets in the raffle.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a raffle
conducted by or on behalf of a community or charitable organisation conducted
for the purposes of a political party.
