Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A person who conducts a session of bingo games must not refuse to allow a visually-impaired person to participate in the session only because the person wishes to play bingo by means of a braille ticket in the form approved by the Commission.
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the Commission may, from time to time, approve a form of braille ticket.
(3) Nothing in subsection (1) prevents a person who conducts a session of bingo games from charging a visually-impaired person the price of a bingo ticket to enter the game.
