GAMBLING REGULATION ACT 2003 - SECT 8.5.5

S. 8.5.5(1) amended by No. 6/2024 s. 41.

    (1)     The relevant responsible authority may submit to the Commission a report on the application within 14 days of the date of receipt of the copy of the application under section 8.5.3(2)(a).

    (2)     The Commission must consider a report so made.
