GAMBLING REGULATION ACT 2003 - SECT 9A.1.15

Return of licence on suspension or cancellation

If the gaming industry employee's licence of a licensee is suspended or cancelled, the licensee must return the licence to the Commission within 14 days after the suspension or cancellation.

Penalty:     20 penalty units.
