Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf a venue operator, monitoring licensee, bingo centre operator or gaming machine services provider receives written notice from the Commission that the gaming industry employee's licence of an employee has been suspended under section 9A.1.12 or 9A.1.13 or cancelled, or has otherwise ceased to be in force, the operator, licensee or provider must, within 24 hours after receiving the notice, terminate the employment that constitutes the exercise of the functions of a gaming industry employee or cause it to be terminated.
Penalty: 100 penalty units.
