GOVERNMENT SUPERANNUATION ACT 1999 - SECT 2

Commencement

    (1)     This Act (other than sections 30 and 48) comes into operation on 1 July 1999.

    (2)     Sections 30 and 48 come into operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
