Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Commissioner, by written notice to a registered designated group entity, may cancel the entity's registration under this Division for any reason the Commissioner thinks sufficient.
(2) A cancellation of registration has effect from the date specified for the purpose by the Commissioner in the notice of cancellation.
