HOUSING ACT 1983 - SECT 111

Interest of Homes Victoria to remain even if agency ceases to be registered agency

If a body ceases to be a registered agency, any interest that Homes Victoria held in land of the body immediately before it ceased to be a registered agency continues as if the body had continued to be a registered agency.
