Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The person who was appointed Chair to the advisory committee "the Homes Victoria advisory board" under section 8(1) on 10 May 2021, on and after the commencement of Division 3 of Part II, is taken to be appointed as the Chair of the Advisory Board under section 11D on the terms and conditions of office determined by the Minister, unless the person resigns or is removed from the Advisory Board.
(2) The persons who were appointed members (other than the Chair) to the advisory committee "the Homes Victoria advisory board" under section 8(1) on 10 May 2021, on and after the commencement of Division 3 of Part II, are taken to be appointed as the members of the Advisory Board under section 11D on the terms and conditions of office determined by the Minister, unless the persons resign or are removed from the Advisory Board.
