Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsAny person who is guilty of an offence for which no penalty is provided elsewhere in this Act is liable to a penalty of not more than 10 penalty units and in the case of a continuing offence to a penalty of not more than 1 penalty unit for every day during which the offence continues after conviction.
