Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Registrar may require a rental housing agency to provide any further information that the Registrar considers appropriate to an application by that agency.
(2) The Registrar may refuse an application for registration if the rental housing agency does not provide the further information required within a reasonable time after the requirement is made.
