Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A rental housing agency may apply to VCAT for review of a decision by the Registrar to refuse to register it or to change its category of registration under this Part.
(2) An application for review under this section must be made within 28 days after the day on which the statement of reasons is given under section 86 or the notice is given under section 87.
