Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe Secretary may by instrument delegate any power, function or duty of the Secretary under this Act or the regulations made under this Act, other than this power of delegation, to any employee or class of employees employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 .
