INQUIRIES ACT 2014 - SECT 100

Members may act separately

    (1)     This section applies if a Formal Review is constituted by more than one member.

    (2)     Subject to this Act and the establishing instrument for the Formal Review, the chairperson of the Formal Review may determine from time to time that any of the functions of the Formal Review may be performed by one or more members separately.

Example

Subject to the establishing instrument, the chairperson could determine that the individual members hold concurrent hearings.
