INQUIRIES ACT 2014 - SECT 12

Manner of inquiry of Royal Commission

A Royal Commission may conduct its inquiry in any manner that it considers appropriate, subject to—

        (a)     the requirements of procedural fairness; and

        (b)     the letters patent establishing the Royal Commission; and

        (c)     this Act, the regulations and any other Act.
