Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) In dealing with a complaint or referral in which there is an additional head of jurisdiction for the officer concerned, the Judicial Commission or an investigating panel (as the case may be) dealing with the complaint or referral may nominate that head of jurisdiction for the purpose of the complaint or referral.
(2) In making a determination under subsection (1), the Judicial Commission or the investigating panel making the nomination may take into account whether the complaint or referral specifies conduct in the jurisdiction for which the additional head of jurisdiction is responsible.
