Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Before referring a complaint or referral to a nominated head of jurisdiction or nominated person under section 34(3), an investigating panel must consult with any nominated head of jurisdiction or any nominated person for the officer concerned.
(2) The investigating panel may consult with a head of jurisdiction of the officer concerned in determining whether to make any other decision in relation to, or otherwise deal with, a complaint or referral.
