Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If, in investigating a matter under this Part, an investigating panel is or becomes aware that the matter is the subject of an investigation being conducted by a law enforcement agency, a regulatory body or an integrity body, the investigating panel must take reasonable steps to reduce the likelihood that the conduct of the investigation by the investigating panel may prejudice the investigation by the law enforcement agency, regulatory body or integrity body.
(2) If, in investigating a matter under this Part, an investigating panel is or becomes aware of a proceeding referred to in section 59(b), the investigating panel must take reasonable steps to reduce the likelihood that the conduct of the investigation by the investigating panel may prejudice that proceeding.
