JURY DIRECTIONS ACT 2015 - SECT 54G

In this Division—

"evidence of a post-offence relationship" means evidence that suggests that, after the offence charged is alleged to have been committed, the complainant—

        (a)     continued a relationship with the accused; or

        (b)     otherwise continued to communicate with the accused.
