JURISDICTION OF COURTS (CROSS-VESTING) ACT 1987 - SECT 3A
Corporations Act of the Commonwealth
This Act does not apply to the jurisdiction of courts with which Division 1 of
Part 9.6A of the Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth deals.
