LAND ACQUISITION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1986 - SECT 17

Extension of operation of notice by agreement

The period of operation of a notice of intention to acquire may be extended for a period or periods of up to three months each by agreement in writing between the Authority and the owner of the interest.
